Job Overview
We are seeking a MidLevel Safety Executive to join our team at Centrix Interiors in Bangalore Urban. This is a fulltime position requiring a minimum of 4 years to a maximum of 6 years of work experience in the safety domain. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and wellbeing of employees and compliance with safety regulations.
Qualifications and Skills
- Hazard Identification (Mandatory skill)
- Proficient in risk assessment enabling accurate identification and mitigation of workplace hazards
- Indepth knowledge of safety regulations compliance to ensure adherence to legal and industry standards
- Experienced in conducting thorough incident investigations to determine root causes and prevent recurrence
- Skilled in emergency response planning to ensure preparedness for potential safety incidents
- Adept at delivering comprehensive safety training programs to educate employees on best practices
- Competent in safety auditing to assess and improve organizational safety performance
- Familiar with implementing and managing safety management systems for continuous improvement
