- Provide therapeutic deep tissue massages that complement chiropractic adjustments and align with patients health goals.
- Perform massage therapy sessions lasting up to 90 minutes.
- Educate patients on the benefits of consistent massage therapy.
- Create personalized treatment experiences tailored to individual needs.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and adhere to hygiene protocols.
- Keep accurate and timely SOAP notes as required by licensing regulations.
- Actively engage with patients to build trust and longterm relationships.
- Assist with scheduling and followups to encourage consistency in care.
- Passion for Health & Wellness: You believe in proactive holistic care and love empowering patients on their wellness journey.
- Licensed Massage Therapist in Monument Colorado (or ability to obtain state licensure if moving from another state).
- Strong Communication & Customer Service Skills: You know how to create a welcoming professional and resultsdriven experience.
- Team Player Mentality: You thrive in a collaborative environment and are excited to be part of a missiondriven team.
