Executive Director Naaleh: The Hub for Leadership Learning
Naaleh: The Hub for Leadership Learning seeks a relationshiporiented professional to lead the organizations critical work of developing volunteer and professional leaders to guide the greater Baltimore Jewish community.

Naaleh equips professionals and volunteers with the skills and inspiration to lead boldly. Our dynamic approach not only strengthens individuals but elevates the entire Jewish community ensuring a legacy of leadership for generations to come.
Naaleh is a fiveyearold organization that is a merger of successful leadershipfocused institutions. With an operating budget of nearly $1M and a team of four dedicated professionals Naaleh is an innovative communitybased organization devoted to Jewish leadership development. Now entering its sixth year and having completed its initial phase as a merged entity Naaleh is ready to grow and expand its presence and impact in the Baltimore Jewish community.

The Position
We seek an inspiring collaborative individual with a proven track record of excellent leadership and deep relational skills to become the next Executive Director and advance the goals and mission of Naaleh.

Salary Range:Starting salary $150000 commensurate with experience
