Security Receptionist Full Time

Location:Madison WI
Rate:$20.00/HR
Securitas plays an essential role for our clients and in society. TheReceptionist Officerposition helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order whileenforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel visitors and the area. Frequently our Receptionist Officers will provide customer service and information to aclients employees and customers.
The Receptionist Officer is a customer service driven position. If you have receptionist hospitality or retail industry background you are a great fit for this role. No customer service experience No problem! With a friendly and positive attitude we will provide the training and knowledge you need to be successful in the security industry.
What Your Day May Look Like:
- Conflict resolution and Deescalation.
- Secure entrances / patrol inside and outside the clients premises.
- Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
- Identify and report safety issues or hazardous conditions.
- Clearly and quickly report any suspicious activity.
- Provide detailed written witness reports.

Position Requirements:
- 18 years of age or older.
- High School Diploma or GED Required.
- Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner.
- Must be able to conduct patrols throughout shift.
- Must have great attention to detail and have the ability to remain vigilant throughout shift.
- Excellent customer service skills required.
- Excellent computer skills required.
