Division Channel and Project sales (Majorly)
This would be an individual role reporting to the Branch Sales Manager.
Responsibilities:
1 Sales target achievement Ensures achievement of primary and secondary targets for the designated areas.
2 Relationship management ASM will be responsible for maintaining relationship with all the key stakeholders Dealers/Retailers & Influencer (AID/DMI) with the help of the team.
3 Responsible for regular market visit in order to guide frontline sales team & also to maintain connect with the stakeholders
4 People management Responsible for reviewing training coaching & mentoring the front line sales team
5 Feedback & grievance redressal of the major stakeholders (Dealer/Retailers/AID/DMI)
