Job Description

At Qualia weve built the leading B2B real estate technology that transforms the home buying and selling experience into a simple secure and enjoyable process. Our SMB and Enterprise products bring together users from across the real estate ecosystemhomebuyers and sellers lenders title and escrow agents and real estate agentsonto a single shared digital closing platform providing greater clarity and transparency to real estate transactions. Today through our business customers across the country millions of consumers use Qualia to close on homes every year.

This leadership role will focus on the critical transition process for customers moving from our legacy platform RamQuest and EClosing to Qualia. As RamQuest and EClosing are being sunset these customers will undergo a thorough evaluation process to help them adopt the Qualia platform. This is one of the most significant transitions for our business and the role will be a combination of platform sales and customer transition support. Sales teams will collaborate closely with account management teams to ensure a smooth transition for customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage coach and develop Account Executives leading to sound and ontarget pipeline generation performance
  • Monitor pipeline forecasting and team metrics to improve efficiency and conversion rates
  • Optimize process and program management practices in conjunction with sales leadership
  • Support Account Executives at any point in the duration of the sales process which includes leaving your desk (or making a call) to inspire realtime call coaching and direct contact with contacts
  • Achieve or exceed monthly quarterly and annual KPI goals
  • Provide visibility and set clear expectations with the Sales Leaders via effective pipeline management attentive people management and accurate forecasting
  • Develop strong working relationships with the sales leaders peer sales managers sales operations and marketing leading to crossfunctional success
  • Create a culture of winning and continuous improvement

YOUR BACKGROUND THAT LIKELY MAKES YOU A MATCH

  • 3 years of software sales with a proven track record as a top performer
  • 2 years of experience leading a high powered primarily inside sales team to stellar results
  • Experience selling Vertical SaaS or a Platform Play preferred
  • Successful track record of beating multimillion dollar annual team quotas
  • History of hiring developing and promoting sales talent
  • Working knowledge of sales engagement platforms like Outreach and conversational intelligence tools like Gong
  • Inspirational and professional communicator on any medium (e.g. presentations meetings phone calls email social media)
  • Fearless and effectual sales skill coach who can hold reps accountable
  • High energy with the ability to establish trust and loyalty with your team
  • Ability to work well with ambiguity solve problems and think on your feet
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to do what it takes
  • Intellectual curiosity
  • Based in Austin TX with the ability to work in the office a minimum of three days per week is required
