Job Description

Summary

Operates a tellers window by providing prompt efficient and accurate customer service representing the bank in a courteous professional manner alert to customer needs and willing to crosssell or refer the customer to the appropriate staff member.

Essential Functions

Pays and Receives items.

Issues money orders and bank official checks.

Balances transactions at end of day and verifies cash totals.

Admits customers to safedeposit boxes.

Processes night deposit bags.

Performs clerical tasks as needed

Crosssells banks services and products.

Job Qualifications

Banking experience preferred.

Two years cash handling.

High School diploma or equivalent.

Interpersonal skills to represent the bank in a positive way.

Cash handling accuracy (tested skill)
