Job Description
SUMMARY
We are seeking a motivated Campus Recruiter to join our team. In this role you will assist in developing and executing campus recruitment strategies participate in oncampus events and build relationships with universities. You will screen resumes conduct screening interviews and support early career initiatives aligned with site business needs. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.

  • Partner with managers and supervisors to identify and determine recruiting needs to include the knowledge skills ability and other qualifications required.
  • Assist in developing and implementing campus recruitment strategies to attract top talent from universities and colleges local to site.
  • Coordinate and participate in oncampus recruitment events including career fairs information sessions and networking events.
  • Build and maintain relationships with university career services faculty and student organizations.
  • Screen resumes conduct initial interviews and assess candidates qualifications and fit for various roles.
  • Manage and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment activities.
  • Provide support in organizing and conducting internship and coop programs at plant.
  • Assist in creating and distributing recruitment marketing materials and job postings.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide recommendations on suitable candidates.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of campus recruitment efforts.


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelors Degree from fouryear college or university
  • Two to five years experience in recruiting.
  • PHR or Human Resource Management Certification desired.
