ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
- Partner with managers and supervisors to identify and determine recruiting needs to include the knowledge skills ability and other qualifications required.
- Assist in developing and implementing campus recruitment strategies to attract top talent from universities and colleges local to site.
- Coordinate and participate in oncampus recruitment events including career fairs information sessions and networking events.
- Build and maintain relationships with university career services faculty and student organizations.
- Screen resumes conduct initial interviews and assess candidates qualifications and fit for various roles.
- Manage and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment activities.
- Provide support in organizing and conducting internship and coop programs at plant.
- Assist in creating and distributing recruitment marketing materials and job postings.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide recommendations on suitable candidates.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of campus recruitment efforts.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelors Degree from fouryear college or university
- Two to five years experience in recruiting.
- PHR or Human Resource Management Certification desired.
