Responsibilities:

Food Runner:

• Collaborate closely with servers kitchen staff and management to ensure prompt and accurate delivery of dishes to guests.
• Verify the accuracy of orders and presentation before serving.
• Maintain a strong knowledge of our menu items to answer guest inquiries.
• Foster a seamless communication flow between the kitchen and frontofhouse staff.
• Contribute to the overall positive dining experience for our guests.

Busser:

• Clear and reset tables efficiently ensuring a clean and organized dining area.
• Assist servers in delivering a smooth dining experience by promptly removing used dishes glassware and utensils.
• Refill water glasses and assist in any additional tasks that contribute to guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining room including floors and furniture.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure the restaurant is wellprepared for each service.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and inviting dining area.
• Enthusiasm for providing exceptional guest experiences.
• Flexibility in work schedule including evenings weekends and holidays.
