This role will be part of our Forensic Investigation and Intelligence team in Italy.
Daytoday responsibilities:
Carry out secondary research by utilizing databases internet and public domain tools focused on Italy Malta Greece and Cyprus.
Examine and interpret the information obtained to produce indepth and detailorientated analysis identifying further research that needs to be carried out and what leads need to be investigated.
Write wellstructured logical and objective Italian/Englishlanguage reports which present the research in a client focused manner and addresses the clients central questions and concerns.
Effectively feedback the findings and analysis to the Case Manager in a logical and structured manner identifying potential issues and conflicts of interest identified in the research.
Assist Case Managers in using Excel and PowerPoint to provide diagrammatic and pictorial explanations to present key findings and patterns identified in the investigation.
Essential traits:
At least 1 year professional experience (or internship) in in the Forensic Investigations and Intelligence field is required.
Fluent in Italian and English both spoken and written essential.
Fluency in a third European language is desirable but not essential (Greek is a plus).
Strong academic background preferably in the fields of International Relations International Business and Political Science Economics Law or Security Studies or experience in investigative journalism or law enforcement.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills with proven experience in using Word Excel and PowerPoint with the ability to convert data and information to produce PowerPoint presentations.
Experience in using data visualization tools.
An analytical inquisitive and logical mind.
Strong communications skills (upward downward across individuals across cultures across business lines).
A strong team work ethic and excellent people skills that represent diverse communities.
