Job Opportunity: Client Service Delivery Lead 10 Openings)
Location: Onsite Austin TX (local candidates only)
Pay Rate:$20.77/hr.
Duration: 05/04/2025 12/30/2025 (High probability of extension)
Schedule: 8hour shifts between 7:00 AM 7:00 PM (must be available for any shift; no schedule changes allowed during the first 90 days)
About the Role:
We are seeking 10 Client Service Delivery Leads to join our team in Austin TX providing highquality customer support to Medicaid providers and clients. In this role you will handle inbound calls regarding eligibility medical claims status and program inquiries. You will be responsible for delivering unbiased assistance resolving issues and ensuring accurate documentation of all interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to Medicaid provider and client inquiries promptly courteously and accurately.
- Assist with eligibility verification medical claims status and programrelated questions.
- Document all interactions in clear and concise online logs.
- Transfer callers to appropriate call center units as needed.
- Meet and maintain strict attendance and performance metrics.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 6 months of recent experience in a verifiable highvolume call/contact center.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Strong multitasking abilities in a fastpaced environment.
- Excellent communication and problemsolving skills.
