JOB SUMMARY
The Technical Services Supervisor is responsible for the oversight of daytoday operations and the logistical functions of the Technical Services teams. Assists the Manager Technical and Application Services in the planning and of servicerelated initiatives within the department and Medical Center. Performs employee evaluations scheduling and disciplinary actions. Assists with interviewing hiring and termination of Technical Services staff. Works well independently problem solving supervising others and works well as a member of project teams. Monitors tracks and reports on items such as turnaround times first response resolutions and staff effectiveness within the service request system (HEAT). Promotes harmonious and efficient intra and interdepartmental relationships and delivers quality customer service. Adheres to the Mission Vision Values and Philosophy of the departments and Saint Francis Medical Center.JOB DETAILS AND REQUIREMENTS
Education:
Technical Degree in Information Technology or;
Comp TIA A Certification Network Security ITIL PMP Project TestOut or other comparable certification with six 6 years of experience in IT related field required
Experience:
Six 6 years of experience in IT related field required
