Job Description
- Assist the Service Manager in planning coordinating and supervising HVAC service operations.
- Manage and support a team of service technicians providing guidance and training as needed.
- Ensure timely and efficient completion of service calls and maintenance tasks.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of parts and supplies.
- Handle customer inquiries complaints and service requests in a professional manner.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to service technicians.
- Assist in developing and implementing service policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in HVAC preferred.
- Minimum of 35 years of experience in the HVAC industry with at least 12 years in a supervisory or management role.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment.
- Proficiency in using service management software and tools.
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
