Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager /Business Analyst with 6 years of experience to drive projectexecution and business analysis initiatives. The ideal candidate will bridgethe gap between business stakeholders and technical teams ensuring projectsuccess through requirement gathering process optimization stakeholdermanagement and Agile methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
- Define project scope objectives timelines and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project plans risk assessments and status reports.
- Manage crossfunctional teams to ensure timely and successful project .
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align project goals with business objectives.
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies for efficient project delivery.
- Track project progress resolve issues and escalate risks as needed.
Business Analysis:
- Gather document and analyze business and functional requirements.
- Work with stakeholders developers and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation of business needs.
- Identify gaps in existing processes and recommend improvements or automation.
- Develop workflow diagrams wireframes and data flow models.
- Facilitate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and support system implementation.
- Maintain detailed business documentation ensuring clear communication across teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 6 years of experience in Project Management and Business Analysis.
- Strong expertise in Agile Scrum and Waterfall project methodologies.
- Proven ability to gather and document business requirements effectively.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fastpaced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- PMP CSM or CBAP certification.
- Experience working with crossfunctional teams in diverse industries.
- Strong background in change management and process improvement.
- Experience leading workshops training sessions and stakeholder meetings.
