Responsibilities
Manage utility accounts (gas electricity water etc. including setting up transferring and closing accounts.
Liaise with utility providers to resolve issues or discrepancies efficiently.
Handle daily administrative tasks such as data entry filing and document management.
Maintain accurate records of utility bills and payments.
Prepare and process invoices related to utilities and other administrative services.
Provide general administrative support to other departments as needed.
Skills and Experience
Previous experience in an administrative role ideally in utilities.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook SharePoint).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Strong problemsolving and customer service abilities.
Experience with QuickBooks is advantageous but not essential.
Excellent data entry skills with a focus on accuracy.
Professional phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills.
