Job Description
Heres What You Need
- H.S. Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Associates degree is preferred.
- Three 3 years of hospital experience is required.
- Emergency Department experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills are a must for success in this position.
- Must be reliable empathetic and have a great attitude.
What Youll Do
- Provides data for centralized database of patient complaints and assists with reporting of patient satisfaction/patient complaints as requested.
- Reviews researches and evaluates complaints and inquiries.
- Serves as resource person for hospital staff medical staff and physicians office staff.
