Roles and Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness throughout the venue as per health department standards and regulations
Run food to appropriate table numbers along with seat positions
Prepare venue for service by cleaning and setting tables setting decorations and stocking service stations
Support FOH team by settingup and replenishing service stations trash containers liners and bars
Stock bars maintain beer wine and liquor storage rooms prepare venue for the next days shift
Complete daily sidework as directed by management
Report directly to management and the General Manager
