Buffalo Trail Public Schools (BTPS) is actively looking for casual educational assistants across the School Division including Hutterite Colony Schools to join our amazing team for theschool year.
Casual Educational Assistant (EA) applicants m ust provide the following documents/forms below:
- Cover Letter
- Resume
- 3 Professional references : these must be inputted into your applicant profile with Apply to Education including email addresses (references will be contacted via email).
- Casual Employee Form with VOID personal cheque or banking information
- School Listing Form : must have at least one school selected
- Computer Use Agreement Form
- Educational Assistant Job Description
- Declaration of Criminal Offence(s)
- 303BP Use of DivisionOwned Technology: For yourinformation not to be included
- 304BP Personal Electronic Devices: For yourinformation not to be included
- CUPE Membership
- MemoUnion Fee: For yourinformation not to be included
- MemoPayroll Casual Run: For yourinformation not to be included
- Canada Revenue Agency Federal Personal Tax Credits Return Form (TD1
- Alberta Personal Tax Credits Return Form (TD1AB)
Documentsmust be completely filled in. For example you will be asked for your SIN on the employee form and you must fill it in on both the tax forms.
Upload the mandatory documents in the proper sections and the rest of the documents required please upload into the additional documents section.
You will be contacted at your email address with an approval letter when approval has been given to be a casual educational assistant with the School Division.
Closing:
You may go to the individual BTPS schools that you are interested in being a casual EA at to introduce yourself and meet the principal after August 26th.
