- 15 years of experience in customer service preferably in an international voice support role
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong phone etiquette and ability to handle challenging customer interactions
- Skilled multitasker with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
- Professional etiquette and ability to interact with customers of diverse backgrounds
- Proficiency in data entry and computer skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team
- Previous BPO experience is a plus
