SilverTech is seeking a Creative Director who is both a handson designer and an inspiring leader. This role is responsible for setting and executing creative strategies for our diverse range of clients. Youll oversee the design team collaborate with crossfunctional teams and ensure all creative work aligns with brand objectives user experience best practices and cuttingedge digital trends. - Creative Leadership Oversee the creative process from concept to ensuring all work aligns with brand vision goals and modern digital standards.
- Team Management & Mentorship Lead mentor and inspire a team of designers writers and other creatives fostering a collaborative and highperforming work environment.
- ClientFocused Strategy Develop creative solutions that elevate client brands increase engagement and drive measurable results across web branding and digital marketing.
- Modern Website Design Principles Ensure all designs follow usercentered design accessibility responsive best practices and highend aesthetics.
- Design & Technology Synergy Understand the relationship between design CMS platforms SEO and key functional considerations ensuring seamless across digital ecosystems.
- Strategic Vision Work crossfunctionally with marketing strategy technology and executive teams to develop and execute creative strategies that drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Project Oversight Manage the creative workflow ensuring projects are delivered on time within budget and at the highest quality standards.
- Client Engagement & Growth Confidently present creative concepts gather feedback and refine ideas to exceed client expectations. Partner with internal teams to expand and grow client accounts.
- Sales Support & Pitches Occasionally join the sales pitch team to help win new business by presenting creative concepts and vision to potential clients.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve Keep up with industry trends design innovations and competitor activities to continuously elevate SilverTechs creative output.

What You Need to Succeed
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Fine Arts Marketing or a related field.
- 5 years of creative leadership experience (digital agency experience preferred).
- A strong portfolio showcasing work across web branding and digital marketing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Figma and other key design tools.
- A deep understanding of UX/UI principles digital marketing strategies and modern web standards.
- Excellent communication & presentation skills you know how to sell an idea and bring people on board.
- Toptier organizational skills you can juggle multiple projects without breaking a sweat.
- A passion for collaboration you work seamlessly with crossfunctional teams to bring big ideas to life.
- A solutionsdriven mindset you embrace challenges and pivot when needed.
