Global Logistics provides sophisticated supply chain solutions from endtoend or part solutions warehousing and distribution to dedicated transport solutions across the globe and to some of the most remote corners of the world.
Being a global organisation managing 13000 fleet and machinery we need to ensure that all these machines are efficient and safe for use. The Equipment team is responsible for fleet acquisitions fleet management international maintenance and continuous improvement so that Toll can continue to provide service quality.
Fleet Lifecycle Coordinator Arndell Park NSW
Toll Group are seeking a dedicated and proactive Fleet Lifecycle Coordinator to join our Global Fleet Management team. This key role is responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of assets within the Toll fleet from asset acquisition and management to disposal. You will play a crucial part in supporting fleet operations and ensuring the smooth of asset transfers registrations and contract maintenance payments. This position offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience in managing fleet assets and contribute to Tolls operational and financial objectives.
As a Fleet Lifecycle Coordinator you will work closely with various teams including fleet management commercial resources and financial teams while also supporting the implementation of new systems and processes to enhance efficiency. You will be involved in asset disposals decommissioning updating data systems and reporting on fleet progress to senior executives and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Support: Contribute to Tolls strategic goals ensuring smooth transitions to a centralised fleet operating model.
Asset Management: Support the planning and coordination of asset additions disposals and maintenance throughout the asset lifecycle.
Disposal Coordination: Oversee the asset disposal process including identifying surplus assets coordinating with auction houses and processing payments.
Lifecycle Support: Assist with contract maintenance payments asset reregistration and asset transfers.
Process Improvement: Help develop and refine the workflow management tools for fleet lifecycle processes contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and share progress reports with senior executives and key stakeholders tracking disposal progress and asset status.
Safety & Compliance: Promote safe work practices and ensure all operations comply with relevant safety regulations.
Skills & Experience:
Experience in fleet operations logistics or supply chain solutions.
Experience in continuous improvement supply chain or logistics (desirable).
Skilled in data governance analytics and process mapping.
Intermediate Excel skills with experience in PowerPoint or other presentation tools.
Experience with enterprise software systems (SAP ERP Oracle) is desirable.
Strong communication and relationshipbuilding skills with a focus on clear effective verbal communication.
