Estate Agent Sales Valuer Coventry 40k OTE
This is a fabulous opportunity to join this leading independent local Lettings and Estate Agency brand who have built up an impressive reputation in the area. A multi branch Estate Agent who have been established across the area for many years. They provide a modern and pleasant working environment and a great salary package where progression will most definitely be encouraged. They are looking for an experienced Estate Agent Sales Valuer for their successful branch in Coventry.
As an Estate Agent Sales Valuer you will be responsible for:
- Generating new business
- Carrying out valuations
- Building and maintaining relationships with prospect clients
The successful Estate Agent Sales Valuer will have the following skill set:
- Previous experience working as an Estate Agent with Valuation experience
- Proven track record in winning new business
- Strong relationship building and communication skills
- Full UK licence and car
Working Hours 37.5 hours per week. Monday to Friday and alternate Saturdays with time given off in lieu
