Job Description: Provides Customer Service to all Caliber customers on the phone throughout the entire transport process and provides administrative support of daily operations. Always maintains a positive and constructive attitude Resolves all customer questions or concerns via phone email or online chat Responsible for maintaining and updating customer information as needed Attempts to resolve and deescalate any issues in a calm manner Ensures to escalate calls or challenges to supervisor when necessary and appropriate Responds to requests for assistance and/or possible processing of credit card authorizations in a timely manner Responsible for tracking callrelated information for auditing and reporting purposes Ensures to provide feedback reports on call issues related to downtime and/or training issues Exhibits a detailoriented etiquette and friendly attitude at all times when on telephone calls Appropriately schedules patient appointments for many different types of medical procedures Maintain a broad knowledge base of partner requirements regarding authorizations billing and processes Ensure all assignments are ontime and assigned to correct crews Assist in communications to customers partners and patients including sales collections and service calls Comply with Caliber daily guidelines and procedures Comply with all Caliber safety rules guidelines and standards Perform other duties as required to successfully meet the needs of the business Skill/Requirements: High school diploma or GED Must be at least 18 years of age Must have a valid drivers license and be eligible for coverage under Calibers insurance policy (Not an excluded driver) Ability to effectively communicate with others oral and written Ability to read and understand basics of assignment instructions Organization and multitasking; adapts easily to fastpaced environment Personable friendly demeanor with Compassionate customer service approach to internal and external customers Maintain a wellgroomed professional appearance Physical Requirements / Working Conditions: Position is based in a climate controlled professional office environment with moderate noise levels. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers phones photocopiers and filing cabinets. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work. Regularly required to talk or hear. Frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The job may require lifting up to 20 lbs and long periods of sitting while working at desk.
