Job Description
Infosys is seeking an Oracle EBS Functional Lead Consultant withSCM experience. The position will primarily be responsible for providing solutions on the Oracle Ebusiness suite platform from customers requirements. The selected candidate will be part of requirement analysis solution design configuration testing and deployment of solution on Oracle EBS. The selected candidate will troubleshoot the issues on order to cash business process cycle and work with technical teams to resolve them. They will interact with customer process consultants and business SME to understand and analyze various processes.
Required Qualifications:
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Hartford CT / Indianapolis IN / Melville NY / Phoenix AZ / Raleigh NC / Richardson TX or be willing to relocate to any one of the mentioned area. This position may require travel in the US and Canada.
Bachelors Degree or foreign equivalent will consider work experience in lieu of a degree.
At least 7 years of experience in Information Technology.
At least 6 years of working experience with Oracle eBusiness suite implementation / upgrade / support.
Experience in 2 to 3 EBS full cycle implementations.
At least three years of experience in overall architecture discipline (applications data technical security development operational etc..
Lead discussions and develop design and architecture for strategic initiatives onpremise enterprise solutions engaging various core logic business and technology teams as necessary.
Understand asis process define tobeprocesses requirements gathering fitgap analysis prepare functional specifications solution design test planning and system integration testing supporting UAT cutover and golive.
Experience inOracle EBS R12 supply chain management order management distribution supply chain planning procurement and inventory modules.
Experience with lean / agile development methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:
At least 5 years of experience in creating requirement specifications based on solution architecture / design / detailing of Processes.
At least 5years of experience in requirements elicitation analysis documentation and mapping business process.
At least 5 years of experience in development / configuration / solutions evaluation/ validation and deployment.
Experience managing team size of 45 would be a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment.
Estimated annual compensation range for this role will be as follows:
In Melville NY : $93713 to $122001
