Minimum Qualifications
Masters degree in counseling education or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Minimum one year experience academic advising. Strong computer skills and its application in an academic advising setting. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Excellent written and interpersonal skills. Ability to deliver timely accurate and precise information in a multitask environment. Ability to work independently and promote innovation. Demonstrated ability to interpret and administer academic policies. Ability to work with a diverse population of students. Ability to work occasional evening and weekend hours for special events. Ability to travel for the purpose of programming recruiting and advising students.
