The Common Cup Amity in Amity OR is looking for Barista/Bartender to join our 7 person strong team. We are located on 516 S Trade Street Suite 103. Our ideal candidate is attentive motivated hardworking and has experience being a shift lead in customer service.

About our space. We are a coffee and waffle bar serving a wide arrange of beverage and food options. We are looking for an experienced barista to lead our Bar. This means working 45 shifts per week personal accountability responsibile and outgoing.This position will work closely with Managing Owner & Kitchen staff.

Responsibilities

• Work on Bar; making coffee alcoholic drinks running Point of Sale Taking Orders Serving food customer service dishwashing managing work flow and more.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with customers and coworkers
• Possess a positive attitude and ethics which support our values and culture
• Ability to manage a fastpaced highvolume clean customerfocused restaurant
• Strong timemanagement skills; ability to multitask prioritize and organize
• Must have experience with coffee/drinks and in a related customer service field.
• Must be 21
• Must be available to work on Saturdays and Sundays
• Must be looking to work 45 days a week.
