Manager of Sales Operations Americas Summary:
The Manager of Sales Operations Americas will play a critical role in optimizing our sales processes and enhancing the effectiveness of our sales teams across the region. This position will be responsible for analyzing sales data implementing operational best practices and collaborating with crossfunctional teams to support revenue growth and improve sales productivity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales operations excellent analytical skills and the ability to drive change and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
What Youll Do:
Oversee and manage all aspects of sales operations for the Americas region including sales forecasting pipeline management and territory planning.
Collaborate with Americas sales leadership to develop and implement effective sales strategies and operational processes that align with company goals.
Analyze sales performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve sales productivity and effectiveness.
Develop and maintain sales dashboards and reporting tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor sales performance.
Assist in the optimization of sales tools and technologies including CRM system.
Work closely with marketing finance and systems teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
Provide training and support to sales teams on operational processes tools and best practices.
Identify areas for process improvement and lead initiatives to streamline sales operations and enhance efficiency.
Foster a culture of collaboration and communication within the sales organization and across departments.
What Youll Bring:
5 years of experience in sales operations sales management or a related role preferably in the technology or cybersecurity sector.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) and sales analytics tools; experience with Clari is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
Proven track record of driving process improvements and achieving measurable results in a sales environment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fastpaced environment.
Resultsoriented mindset with a passion for supporting sales teams and driving operational excellence.
