Job Description
Description of the role:
This position is responsible for overseeing the overall maintenance of the building and grounds at Twin State Ford in Saint Johnsbury Vermont.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as fixing leaks painting and landscaping
- Ensure the safety and cleanliness of the building and surrounding areas
- Maintain inventory of supplies needed for maintenance tasks
Requirements:
- No prior experience required but preferred
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Strong attention to detail
