Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dot Net Lead to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of developers designing developing and maintaining highquality software applications using the .NET framework. The Dot Net Lead will also collaborate with crossfunctional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Team Management:

• Lead mentor and manage a team of .NET developers.
• Assign tasks monitor progress and ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Conduct regular team meetings and oneonone sessions to provide feedback and support.

Technical Expertise:

• Design develop and maintain scalable and robust .NET applications.
• Write clean maintainable and efficient code following best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.

Project Management:

• Collaborate with project managers to define project scope objectives and timelines.
• Participate in requirement gathering analysis and design phases.
• Prepare technical documentation and create project plans.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with crossfunctional teams including QA UI/UX and DevOps.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide technical solutions.
• Facilitate technical discussions and presentations.

Continuous Improvement:

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Implement best practices and optimize development processes.
• Identify areas for improvement and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum of 89 years of experience in .NET development.
• Proven experience in leading and managing a development team.
• Proficiency in C# ASP MVC .NET Core and other related technologies.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum).
• Experience with frontend technologies such as HTML CSS JavaScript and frameworks like Angular or React.
• Familiarity with database design SQL and ORM frameworks (e.g. Entity Framework).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS is a plus.
• Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization (Docker Kubernetes).
