This role is perfect for recent graduates who are passionate about people eager to learn and ready to take on a dynamic relationshipfocused role.
What Youll Do:
- Develop and maintain relationships with insurance agents adjusters property managers and commercial partners.
- Attend networking events community functions and industry association meetings (like the Fox Valley Adjusters Association).
- Organize and promote technical training tradeshows and local events.
- Use CRM tools (Luxor RMS) to manage leads and track outreach.
- Provide regular updates and collaborate with the leadership team.
