OVERVIEW
Were assisting a wellestablished insurance firm in recruiting a professional for a vital role within their property division. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a significant line of business within the London market and be part of a dynamic and established lead market operating across multiple territories.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assess price and negotiate risks submitted through the box or electronic trading platforms.
- Build and sustain relationships with brokers producers and clients.
- Promote the business brand and product offerings through marketing and sales initiatives.
- Review contract wordings and documentation.
- Contribute to account management portfolio development and business planning activities.
- Conduct market and industry research.
EXPERIENCE
- Working knowledge of international binder business
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritise tasks
- Progress in ACII examinations or a commitment to complete them
- Prior experience in delegated underwriting.
- Familiarity with digital trading platforms
