County recently graded A for patient safety by Leapfrog Group provides high quality medical services to residents of the Antelope Valley Santa Clarita Valley and surrounding communities. The hospital is assisting a local cardiology group to recruit a BC/BE Interventional Cardiologist for a private practice opportunity with a 2026 start date.

Palmdale Regional Medical Center a part of Southwest Healthcare is licensed for 190 beds with planned buildout to 234. The hospital is designated as an Advanced Primary Stroke Center and offers a 35bed Emergency Department. PRMC features inpatient and outpatient surgical services in bariatric colorectal orthopedic neurological spine ENT vascular plastic and robotics featuring a da Vinci Xi. The hospital also offers medical and surgical oncology services in affiliation with City of Hope. A wound care center with hyperbaric medicine and the recent addition of the Rehabilitation Institute each offer inpatient and outpatient services.
