Job Description
We are looking for a team member with a WOW personality who can handle a fastpaced environment and is detail oriented. The perfect candidate will be passionate about health and nutrition and would like to inspire others to live a healthier lifestyle.
This is a fulltime permanent position with a competitive salary health benefits and 401k options.

The hours are as follows:
Mon 8:15am12:15pm and 1:45pm7:15
Tue 12:45pm7:15pm
Wed 8:15am12:15pm and 1:45pm7:15
Thurs 12:45pm7:15pm
Fri 7:45am1:15pm
Along with opening and closing procedures general duties for this position Include (but are not limited to):
o Enthusiastically greet and check in patients
o Schedule appointments in person or on telephone always with a smile
o Manage front desk collections
o Coordinate chiropractors schedules with patients appointments
o Passionately provide patients with education about our chiropractic procedures and equipment
o Take and verify insurance information from patients
o Stock procedure rooms with supplies and ensure that supplies are always available
o Ensure appropriate filing and record keeping procedures
o Handle patient data entry procedures as per protocol
o Maintain patients accounts and financial information in a professional manner
o Always be willing to give a hand to another team member
