Job Role
- Handling customer queries complaints chat and email.
Work Arrangement
Experience
- Candidate should have a minimum of 1 year and above experience in an International BPO.
Salary
- Up to 4.2 LPA (hike as per last drawn & experience)

Requirements
Requirements:
- Good communication skills.
- Experience in handling chat/email in different time zones.
- Ability to handle chat/email from global clients and provide professional responses.
- Flexibility to work in shifts.
- Excellent English both verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Basic technical knowledge.
Shift
- 5 days working rotational 24/7 shift
Week Off
- 2 days rotational week off
