Full Time Barista
As we prepare for our upcoming location in Mason Ohio were hiring for key positions to begin training at our existing stores! This is a unique opportunity to get a head start gain handson experience and be a part of the foundation for our newest location. If you love people and good food join us in making The DLM Experience come alive in Mason.
Are you a coffee lover That perfect cup elicits something really special from the enticing aroma to the comforting feeling ushered in by the first sip. When customers visit the DLM Coffee Bar its a bright spot in their day. For some its even a splurge. And that experience starts with their barista. We are seeking an enthusiastic and friendly individual who has a contagious passion for great food and coffee to join our DLM Coffee Bar team. In our dynamic Coffee Bars youll have the opportunity to complete baristalevel trainings learn about the history and origin of great coffee and best of all meet great people!
Qualifications:
- A desire to make folks happy by providing Honestly Better Food and Service.
- A willingness to learn about and taste great food.
- A willingness to practice theDLM Team Values:Be Honest Safe Helpful and HardWorking
- Effective communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Prior coffee knowledge is a plus.
- 18 years old or older.
- Holiday and weekend schedule availability required.
- A willingness to work a variety of shifts.
Physical Requirements:
- Standing for long periods of time.
- Lifting up to 30 lbs.
