Know Your Rights: EPIC system applications in the areas of ongoing user support/training dictionary maintenance system enhancements problem analysis resolution and troubleshooting. Works with vendors and other IT staff to coordinate hardware installation maintain and oversee changes corrections enhancement to the Clinical Systems. Acts as a liaison for Departments for Clinical System issues. Expected to oversee Epic training program for NVNV. Work onsite with the ability to lead oneonone instruction with nursing physicians and clinicians as required; may be expected to speak to small groups regarding applications. Includes rounding on nursing staff daily or as needed. Assist with user access for Epic review training schedules; provide input for employees completing Epic training.

Education and Work Experience
1. High School Diploma Required
2. Bachelors Degree in Clinical Healthcare field Business Discipline Healthcare Management Health Information management or Information Science or equivalent experience preferred.
3. 2 years work experience in a hospital setting required
4. Clinical experience preferred.
5. Interpersonal skills necessary to deal with and establish working relationships with physicians hospital personnel and coworkers.
6. Nursing Degree or Licensure Preferred
