Rate: Up to 36 per hour
Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting registered and experienced Qualified Social Workers to join a busy Safeguarding team in Ilkeston .
What will your responsibilities be
In this role you will undertake assessments and reviews and where appropriate commission services in line with departmental policies procedures and statutory guidance such as The Care Act 2014. You will understand and actively participate in the departments safeguarding adults procedures including identification investigation and taking the role of Safeguarding Lead at H2. Working closely with other teams you will undertake joint assessments with providers carers and external agencies to deliver outcomefocused services to individuals and their families. You will fully comply with departmental policies and procedures and the Health and Care Professionals Councils Code of Conduct for Social Workers including the capability framework. Additionally you will comply with the requirements of the Care Act 2014 by empowering individuals to make informed choices.

To be successful in this role you must have Social Work England registration be eligible to work in the UK hold a qualification in Social Work at degree level and have postqualified experience.
