Job Description
Our Grimsby based client is seeking to recruit a full time and permanent plumber / bathroom fitter to undertake new installs on their local tenanted properties ranging from 1 bedroom flats to a 6 bedroom detached property and also to work on a new contract intalling new bathrooms locally The successful candidate will be required to properties and undertake full bathrooms installations required in a domestic environment. We are seeking a competent and experienced plumber who is able to fit bathrooms to include baths toilets and showers.
We are ideally seeking someone who is multi skilled and able to undertake other maintenance tasks when required.
*Undertaking general bathroom fitting and asscociated plumbing works.
* Fitting bathrooms to include baths toilets showers and potentially wet rooms.
* Associated finishing works to include tiling and decorating to finish projects.
And other tasks within your capabilities.
A full clean driving licence is required. Basic tools would be required and any specialist tools would be considered at our clients expense.
The hours of work will be Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and your diary will be managed by the office. You will also be provided with a sign written van to undertake your work duties although you will be required to provide your own basic tools to be able to complete the job.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience or knowledge of working in domestic properties.
* Proactive approach to engaging with customers.
* An understanding of the importance of Health & Safety in the workplace.
* Full UK Driving Licence.
Package:
* 30000.00 per annum depending on experience.
* 28 days annual holiday including Bank Holidays with an additional day accrued per completed year of employment up to an additional 5 days.
* Enrolment on a company health scheme.
* Auto enrollment onto Peoples Pension with the offer of an Aviva Pension Scheme.
