Base $40 $45k plus incentive products based on average ticket gift card sales and membership conversion.
Staffing and Retention building a new team and culture setting expectations and processes and obtaining employee buy in will be a integral part of this role.
Marketing Our New Spa the firstyear growth of a new spa is very important. This role will focus on spreading community awareness of our new spa and obtaining prebooking and membership sales even prior to opening.
- 2 to 3 years management experience in the salon/spa retail or hospitality industry. Experience in a membership based model is a plus
- Flexible schedule this role requires a variety of hours including nights and weekends.
- Passion for promoting the benefits of massage and skin care services
- Strong and clear communication skills
- $40000 $45000 base salary total compensation up to $60000 including incentives.
