Compensation: Nonexempt; Pay: $35.00 $40.00 per hour based on experience

What Youll Do (Key Responsibilities)
As a Senior HVAC Service Technician you will be responsible for providing expertlevel service maintenance and troubleshooting of commercial HVAC systems. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Performing advanced diagnostics troubleshooting and repairs on commercial and industrial HVAC systems.
- Leading service calls and responding to emergency maintenance requests including oncall rotations and overtime work as needed.
- Conducting preventative maintenance system inspections and performance testing to optimize efficiency.
- Interpreting and working from electrical schematics blueprints and technical documents to ensure correct installation and repairs.
- Ensuring compliance with MCIs high standards for quality and safety following industry best practices and regulatory codes.
- Acting as a trusted advisor for customers providing expert recommendations and building longterm relationships.
- Training and mentoring junior technicians fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Collaborating with internal teams (engineering sales and project management) to identify solutions and support business development.
- Completing all required documentation including work orders warranty claims and service reports with accuracy and attention to detail.
What You Need to Succeed (Qualifications & Skills):
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems controls and electrical components.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics drawings and technical documents.
- Advanced troubleshooting skills the ability to identify and solve complex mechanical and electrical issues.
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record and ability to pass a drug & background check.Safetyfirst mindset understanding and following all industry regulations and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills ability to work effectively with clients project managers and internal teams.
