Mobile Device Support for Technical End User Support
Work directly with end users within the region to communicate changes and impact to their IT environment Work with venders on service contracts to provide best options for customers Provide troubleshooting on mobile devices and applications Develop user guides and instructions for Siemens Energy specific application configurations and setup Work with customer on updates as well as upgrades to mobile devices Record and document all new processes and procedures in service scope and update those already documented to ensure coworkers are able to understand and follow Gain complete understanding of IT separation activities timelines technical issues and solutions in a continuously changing environment Support changerelease processes for implementation of IT systems
Key Responsibilities: The candidate must be organized selfmotivated and have skills to tackle problems as they occur and takes appropriate steps to solve them in situations where the problem may be difficult or complex. Candidate should have the ability to take direction and switch quickly between tasks. The candidate seeks advice and guidance from Management Team or others for nonroutine or other problem areas. The candidate should have the ability to communicate effective with all levels of the organization from Senior Management to Individual Contributor.
Requirements: Location 100 Onsite This position is located in Orlando FL.
Experience Education or training in Management Information Systems Computer Science or related fields are required Excellent communication skillsboth written and oral including presentation skills is required Experience with iOS platforms is desired Experience with MS Office 365 and related applications is desired Familiarity with Cyber Security concepts is desired
