Job Overview:

As our Sales Director you will spearhead the development and of strategic sales initiatives cultivate a highperforming inside sales team and drive significant revenue growth. Your strategic vision coaching expertise and performance optimization skills will be pivotal to our success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company revenue goals.
  • Team Development & Leadership: Recruit train mentor and manage a team of inside sales representatives and future team leads.
  • Performance Optimization & Management: Establish and monitor sales targets ensuring teams consistently exceed monthly revenue objectives.
  • HighVolume Call Center Management: Oversee and optimize sales processes within a fastpaced contact center environment.
  • DataDriven Decision Making: Analyze sales performance metrics and forecasts to drive strategic improvements.
  • Sales Training & Coaching Excellence: Implement continuous improvement programs focusing on consultative selling techniques through mentoring and call monitoring.
  • CrossFunctional Collaboration: Partner with marketing operations and executive leadership to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Process Improvement & Optimization: Identify and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and conversion rates.

What Were Looking For:

  • Leadership Experience: 2 years of proven experience managing a successful sales team in a fastpaced environment.
  • Sales Acumen: 35 years of demonstrated success in sales leadership with a strong track record of revenue growth.
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field (preferred).
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and forecasting skills with the ability to drive strategic decisions.
  • Communication & Leadership: Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Drive & Adaptability: Highly selfmotivated resultsdriven and adaptable in a dynamic sales environment.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with highvolume sales operations and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot).
