ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Prepare proposals and other documents to support sales
  • Prepare purchase documents and order machinery from suppliers
  • Coordinate and follow up on presale and postsale order processing tasks
  • Enter companies contacts proposals machines orders into SMILE database
  • Review and approve machine vouchers
  • Maintain electronic machine files
  • Prepare work orders to authorize service department work
  • Order necessary parts and accessories from internal sources to fulfil machine orders.
  • Supply administrative support for Product Group
  • Coordinate supplier visits.
  • Keep current and maintain updated video and literature resources for all group products
  • Maintain a minimum working knowledge of the standard products to a level that enables one to respond to an initial sales inquiry
  • Other projects assigned by supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associate degree or related work experience preferred

SKILLS & ABILITIES:

  • MS Office Suite
  • Strong Excel and math skills
  • Experience with SAP or Salesforce preferred
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Selfstarter and selfreliant
  • Ability to work with minimal technical support

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • Typical office Environment
