THE JOB / Account Manager Client Services (Home Improvement Client)
CLIENT SERVICES / Responsible for leading Octagons client business and daytoday management of client programs.
***Our headquarters is in Stamford CT but the location of this position is in Atlanta GA.**
We are looking for an Account Manager to manage the clients Atlanta Braves Aflac Kickoff Game Peach Bowl College Football Hall of Fame and Georgia Aquarium partnerships. This position involves but is not limited to strategy creative development and daytoday client/partner management activation budget planning / management hospitality experiential activation and overall oversight of partner programming. The ideal candidate is a selfstarter highly organized able to multitask and works independently. This position requires excellent communication and time management skills acute attention to detail and client management. The Account Manager will work closely with the Account Director who oversees each of the clients Atlanta based partnerships daytoday as well as with key partners from the client team agency and internal Octagon teams.
THE WORK YOULL DO
- Key member of the Home Improvement account team
- Lead and develop planning initiatives to leverage partnership assets and support client business objectives
- Manage creative concept development and with internal crossfunctional teams including trafficking materials
- Identify and manage outside vendors associated with executing overall programming
- Manage budgets and finances related to programs
- Handle several projects simultaneously using established project management processes
- Provide onsite hospitality needs as necessary as well as management of onsite staff
- Prepare formal documentation for projects including project management trackers timelines sellin decks agency POVs program overviews recap summaries etc.
- Other related duties as reasonably assigned

WHO WERE LOOKING FOR
- 5 years of sponsorship/brand marketing experience
- Knowledge and understanding of sponsorship management
- Excellent interpersonal skills both written and oral
- Exceptional client service
- Driven to take the initiative to succeed when presented with individual work responsibilities
- Outstanding organizational skills careful attention to details and the ability to multitask
- Proficiency in budget management
- Experience managing direct reports
- Strong ability to work as part of a team and under pressure
- Collaborative in nature with a no job is too small demeanor to assist with overall account team duties and additional programs as needed
- Experience in presentation development
- Ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously.
- Outstanding time management skills
- Demonstrate initiative and solve problems independently
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (in particular PowerPoint Word Excel)
- Flexibility and willingness to travel domestically and work weekends or holidays as needed. Anticipated travel level: Moderate 2045

Compensation Benefits:
L3:The base range for this position is $. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on among other factors actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; market considerations; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employees/applicants background pertinent experience and qualifications
