Summary of the Position:TheCumberland County program is seeking an Administrative Manager to provide administrative assistance and office support for all aspects of the program.
- Serve as the office receptionist greeting visitors and managing incoming calls.
- Prepare weekly paperwork intake paperwork new hire paperwork and manage payroll processing.
- Maintain confidential participant and personnel records.
- Work in a fastpaced and demanding environment keeping a professional manner with staff participants families and service providers.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Associates degree in business administration is preferred but not required.
- Minimum High School Diploma or GED is required
- Previous experience in an administrative or similar role
- Proficient Computer knowledge is necessary specific skills will be evaluated upon interview.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel Outlook etc.
- Knowledge of using various database type systems is helpful
- Some understanding of insurance and thirdparty billing is helpful.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail.
- BiLingual/Spanish speaking is a plus.
- Availability to work some evenings
- Reliable transportation valid drivers license and current automobile insurance coverage required.
