Job Description
Jersey Mikes Subs in Billings is seeking both General and Assistant Managerswithexperienceto join our leadership teams. We are looking for fun energetic and reliable individuals who can train with us to help lead a team of professionals in serving our awesome guests.
FullTime General Manager In Training:
$23.00 Per Hour GUARANTEED (Includes Tips)
Estimated Equivalent: An annual salary of $55600 to $66500
FullTime Assistant General Manager In Training:
$21.00 Per Hour GUARANTEED (Includes Tips)
Estimated Equivalent: An annual salary of $43600 to $46800

Minimum Requirements:
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Must be at least 18 years old (Meat Slicer Operation)
Valid Drivers License
Must complete and obtain companypaid ServSafe Managers Certification within 30 days of hire.
Reliable Transportation
Familiar with Point of Sale (POS) systems.
Excellent verbal written and communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google programs
Physical: Must be able to work in any area of the restaurant when needed.
Position requires bending standing and walking the entire day. Must have the ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
Must be able to maintain a flexible work schedule
Must be able to provide exceptional customer service.
Must enjoy bantering and interacting with others
Must demonstrate punctuality professionalism and integrity
Must demonstrate solid leadership characteristics
2 Years (Preferred) highvolume restaurant supervisory experience including some experience in a quick service or fast casual dining environment.
Additional Job Requirements:
General Managers are responsible for the complete and total management of a Jersey Mikes store/operation including:
Store sales
Volume
Quality of service
Customer satisfaction
Profit margin
Create employee schedule
Place inventory orders
Lead employee training
Lead by example
Maintain a restaurant that is noticeably cleaner than others
Work in a fastpaced teamdriven atmosphere
Ability to multitask and work with a sense of urgency
Interface with customers and provide an exceptional experience
Full understanding of the terms accountability and integrity
Key Holder
Perform all tasks related to the opening and closing of the store
Knows how to bake bread and perform all prep
Manage and lead a crew of 3 to 7 people
Proficient in slicing
Create employee schedule
Place inventory orders
Fill in for Manager in all capacities when needed (Assistant Managers)
Assist in employee training.
Participate in management team meetings and strategy sessions.
Specific tasks may be delegated to other individuals as appropriate but ultimate responsibility rests with the General Manager.
