About the Role
The purpose of the Family Support Practitioner Family Intervention Service(FIS)is to develop and implement Action Plans for families subject to child protection interventions. This roleinvolves working with children young people and their parents or caregivers to promote positive outcomes with a focus on preservation and reunification.
We have a 12month Maximum Term contractavailable based out of our Milton office. A tool of trade vehicle will be allocated for this role. This hybrid role will be a combination of working from the office and working from home.

Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check and Working with Children Check (where relevant to the role).
