This position entails a unique set of key duties and daytoday tasks; would involve a relatively high degree of responsibility for the D2C business and its stake holders. The jobholder will be expected to drive the Direct Channel reach its goals through efficiently and effectively utilizing its resources and personnel. This position demands to develop evaluate strategize and put into operation measures to propel the D2C business. This post demands to dialog and review current policies and processes with existing management personnel of different departments like Underwriting / Risk and Analytics. Business Process and Planning oTo coordinate with respective regional sales team on a daily basis to forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by the team. oPrompt objection handling and coordinating effectively with underwriting teams by involving Risk / Analytics to ensure that queries are effectively resolved. oTo work closely with Sales Head to research and build new avenues that would act as independent channels for the D2C business oEnsuring daily commitments are met by interacting with sales team and help resolving day to day issues arising from system operations (SFDC). oWork closely with operations to ensure that customer payments are timely disbursed and all customer related queries are promptly resolved. oTo provide timely solutions to sales and credit teams with necessary approvals to ensure smooth functioning of daily approvals oEnsuring that the risk policies are timely and accurately downloaded to sales team and adhered to strictly. Management and Research oEnsure that the sales team efficiently updates and manages data in SDFC oDaily tracking of all approved cases from login till disbursement oManage and execute highly confidential data points and ensure that data is correctly used without any leakage. oImpart training and educate sales team on usage of D2C SFDC system to ensure smooth transition of file processing oResponsible for entire life cycle of onboarding to exit for sales team (On Roll and Off Roll)
Required Qualifications and Experience
o24 Years of experience in sales and or business development the in financial services sector. oMBA or Post Graduate Diploma in Sales or Marketing. oDriving developing and implementing new initiatives and projects Skills: oAbility to make sound decisions and to communicate adequately with various interdepartmental personnel on a daily basis. oAbility to manage time and projects at the same time network with sales / credit and risk teams to ensure that daily / weekly/ monthly business volumes are met within appropriate timelines. oAbility to develop and maintain solid working relations with internal and external teams and ensure that issues are resolved creatively and in a timely manner oAbility to be highly selfmotivated and have excellent team management communication and interpersonal skills.
