Lawns of Dallas is a premiere fullservice landscape company in the Dallas Metroplex. Locally owned for over 43 years we are a fullservice landscape design build and maintenance company.
The Company is seeking a motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in delivering exceptional landscaping solutions to residential and commercial clients. The Sales Coordinator will play a key role in managing client inquiries coordinating sales activities and ensuring seamless communication between the sales team and clients. This position requires strong organizational skills a customerfocused mindset and the ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
This position will report to the Director of Sales and Marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries providing timely and professional responses.
Prepare and distribute sales proposals contracts and estimates in collaboration with the sales team.
Maintain and update customer records in the companys CRM system.
Coordinate scheduling of client meetings site visits and followups for the sales team.
Assist in generating leads through research outreach and networking opportunities.
Track sales progress provide reports and ensure all documentation is accurate and uptodate.
Liaise between sales design and operations teams to ensure smooth project handoffs.
Support marketing efforts by organizing promotional materials and events as needed.
Qualifications:
3 years of experience in sales coordination customer service or a related role (landscape industry experience a plus).
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) and CRM software.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Detailoriented with a proactive approach to problemsolving.
Knowledge of landscaping services products or terminology is preferred but not required.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
