We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven HR Recruiter to join our team and drive the talent acquisition process in the renewable energy sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing screening and hiring top talent to support our growing business in solar wind and other renewable energy projects. This role requires experience in technical and nontechnical hiring strong networking skills and the ability to manage the endtoend recruitment cycle.
Talent Sourcing & Recruitment: Handle the endtoend recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding. Source candidates using job portals LinkedIn employee referrals and recruitment agencies. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial screening to assess candidate qualifications experience and cultural fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers. Assist in salary negotiations and offer rollouts.
Employer Branding & Networking: Promote the company as a preferred employer in the renewable energy industry. Represent the company at job fairs campus recruitment events and networking platforms.
Recruitment Strategy & Compliance: Collaborate with HR and department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning. Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws during the hiring process. Maintain accurate recruitment reports and dashboards.
